Tess Bahbouche began her career planning events at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Kyiv, where every timeline ran like a state visit and protocol left nothing to chance. When she planned her own wedding in just one month, she discovered her calling. She founded Épris, French for “smitten,” to bring that same calm precision to celebrations across Texas and beyond. Today she plans a limited number of weddings, corporate and private events each year. Her clients rarely see the problems she solves. That is the point.

Sierra's path into the events industry began while managing two wedding venues, where she discovered a passion for helping clients bring their vision to life. What started as part of her role quickly grew into a career she loved, leading her to become a lead planner and designer, launch her own event agency, and ultimately join forces with Épris Events. Over the years, Sierra has developed a love for both planning and design, combining creativity with a thoughtful, client-focused approach. She enjoys getting to know each client, understanding their vision, and transforming ideas into experiences that feel intentional, personal, and thoughtfully executed. Known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and creative eye, Sierra strives to make the planning process feel seamless and enjoyable while creating celebrations that leave a lasting impression.
