For Vendors

Planning a wedding across an ocean takes the same care as planning one down the street, just with more time zones. For Ruta and Yusuf, Épris Events planned and designed a luxury destination wedding in London, with a ceremony in a soaring gothic church and a reception at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill.
A Ceremony with Centuries of Grandeur

The ceremony took place beneath vaulted ceilings, stained glass and a gilded altar. Our goal was to complement the architecture rather than compete with it: generous arrangements of blush roses, peach blooms and soft greenery at the altar and along the aisle, letting the church itself be the backdrop.

A Garden Indoors: The Reception Design

At The Churchill, the ballroom became a garden of blush, peach and soft green. Florals by @mela.certe ran down long tables as lush runners, with candlelight and gold-rimmed place settings creating warmth throughout the room. Custom embroidered napkins by @embroidea.us and monogrammed place cards carried the couple’s story to every seat.
Celebrating Two Families

As the evening unfolded, palm fronds, traditional attire and an unstoppable dance floor turned an elegant dinner into a joyful celebration of two cultures.
Tips for Planning a Destination Wedding Abroad
- Start with the venue and the date. Popular international venues book 12–18 months ahead.
- Work with a planner who coordinates local vendors for you. One point of contact saves weeks of emails across time zones.
- Plan for guest travel. Share hotel blocks, transportation and a clear itinerary early.
- Choose design details that travel well. Custom linens, stationery and keepsakes can be produced at home and shipped in advance.
Épris Events is based in Texas, serving Houston, Austin, Dallas and San Antonio, and we plan destination weddings for couples who want the same level of detail wherever they say “I do.”
